Meditation
I might not make it to the mat every day, but I do manage to make it to my meditation cushion. Meditation is the practice at the heart of yoga, it is what all of the asanas are designed to help us discover. Meditation is not something you create. It is something you uncover, something within you already that you find when you take the time to stop, to be quiet and still. It takes effort, patience, and compassion. Hopefully it becomes an enjoyable process, and something you look forward to.
